With over 15 years of experience in the software development industry, I currently serve as the Head of Compliance, Business Continuity, and Management Consultancy. Additionally, I hold the role of Head of Kyiv Office and am actively involved as a PMO associate.

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in strategic management, operational excellence, and driving organizational success. I have a proven track record in project management, having initiated and led the company's Project Management Office (PMO). By fostering a thriving PM community, I have developed expertise in portfolio management and successfully led the development of an internal Project Portfolio Management Tool (PM Tool), which has now evolved into a product offered to our clients.

As the Head of Compliance, I have established a robust management system that ensures quality and information security. I have optimized operations by aligning company units and simplifying requirements, resulting in transparent and compliant practices. I have led business continuity planning (BCP) efforts, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and minimizing disruptions during the ongoing challenges.

My professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO27001 and ISO9001 lead auditor, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). I am pursuing further education in business and possess deep expertise in project, portfolio, and delivery management within the IT and software development domain. I have successfully undertaken management consultancy projects, showcasing the expertise I gained over the years.
